USPAA membership dues are
and cover January 1 to December 31.
After you enter the required information below and click the "SUBMIT" button, your information will go into the USPAA database, and you will be taken to the "Make A Payment to USPAA" page.
Once payment has been received (either via PayPal or by downloading a form from the next page to process a check), you will receive an email with the password to the protected pages of this web site.
If you registering more than one person from your institution, you will need to complete this form for each individual.
Payment for multiple memberships can be made at one time via PayPal or the invoice found on the "Make a Payment to USPAA" page.
Your name, position, program name, email and office phone number will be posted in a password-protected directory.
